At Thunder Egg, we want you to love your new fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
